You know how Bethesda put a thing in Skyrim SE where if you use mods, it disables the achievements? I'm guessing they did it to stop people cheating or using mods to begin with. But in my case I see no point in playing Skyrim SE if I don't get anything out of it. Well for people who don't know, ironically someone made a mod to counter this stupid system. The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition. After this, go back to the achievement mod enabler mod page, download it, (I would recommend doing so manually). All other mods I have tested, including Achievements Mods Enabler that uses SKSE64, work fine, and the 'getskseversion' command returns the correct result. SKSE64 can be run from the Steam launcher by renaming the SKSE exe to the skyrim launcher and putting a file named SKSE.ini in the Data/SKSE directory with. In the post on the forums here there was a fix that got it working, i can attempt it to see if that was the issue, though the last thing that happened when I was playing was a CTD when propositioning a guard to let me off from being arrested outside of whiterun, it froze on a black screen, might be a part of flowergirls or one of its addons that gave that option, all i know is thats when I. Terrible news for any trophy and achievement hunters out there waiting to receive a copy of Skyrim: Special Edition. Enabling any mods for the remastered roleplaying game will prevent you from unlocki.

Achievements (specifically Xbox 360 Achievements, Steam Achievements and PlayStation 3 Trophies) are awards given to the player for accomplishing various milestones in the game. Fifty achievements and fifty-one trophies are available in the basic game. Hearthfire adds five achievements and Dawnguard and Dragonborn add ten achievements each.
On the Xbox 360, a total of one thousand Gamer Points are available in the base game, or 1,550 points with all add-ons installed; the 'Points' column in the following table provides the Gamer Points associated with each specific achievement. On the PC, Steam achievements stand on their own and don't include points. In addition, use of console commands and mods on the PC version does not prevent the awarding of achievements. On the PS3, the Trophies are sorted into types: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Earning every trophy from the base game will unlock a Platinum trophy.
The Special Edition has a separate achievement list for Steam, Xbox One, and PS4, meaning they can be earned twice by playing both versions of the game. Note that the use of mods in the Special Edition disables achievement progress on both PC and console. Since the Special Edition comes with all three major add-ons, the achievement list contains all of the below add-on-related achievements by default (i.e. 75 achievements or 76 trophies). The use of Creations does not disable achievements as they are official content.

Missable Achievements[edit]

Most of the achievements can be obtained regardless of your previous game choices. However, a handful of achievements can be missed:
- Oblivion Walker (30 pts/Silver) — Collect 15 Daedric Artifacts
- There are a total of sixteen available Daedric Artifacts that qualify for this achievement, five of which can be missed depending upon your choices during each associated Daedric Quest. See Oblivion Walker for more details.
- With Friends Like These... (10 pts/Bronze) — Join the Dark Brotherhood
- Bound Until Death (10 pts/Bronze) — Complete Bound Until Death
- Hail Sithis! (30 pts/Silver) — Complete Hail Sithis!
- All three Dark Brotherhood achievements become unavailable if you choose to Destroy the Dark Brotherhood!
- War Hero (10 pts/Bronze) - Capture Fort Sungard or Fort Greenwall
- The associated quest (The Battle for Fort Sungard or The Battle for Fort Greenwall) can be skipped depending upon the outcome of Season Unending.
Bugs[edit]
- Achievements can occasionally be missed by Steam, even though they have been completed in-game.
- To fix this, reload an earlier save and re-complete the achievement.
- Making sure that the 'Steam Community In-Game' is enabled (from the Steam client's settings) before starting the game prevents this issue.
