The Elder Scrolls Civilization V Pack (BNW) Jul 20 2013 Released 2013 Turn Based Strategy Mod adds 13 Elder Scrolls factions as civilizations into Civilization V. Includes a Tamriel map with True Start Locations, 24 TES city-states, 13 TES. Help I can't find the Mod folder I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this but here goes. I'm trying to install a few mods manually because they aren't working when I subscribe to them on Steam so I followed this video.
